Last updated March 28, 2026. This page explains how Keith's Kitchens uses text messaging and related job data for employee, contractor, installer, scheduling, delivery, and inventory operations.
This policy applies to Keith's Kitchens employees, installers, subcontractors, and other workers who provide a mobile number for work-related communications. It does not create a customer marketing text list.
Keith's Kitchens uses SMS for operational communication, including item pickup assignments, delivery coordination, installer updates, scheduling changes, field support, safety communication, and job closeout follow-up.
Keith's Kitchens uses Twilio as a communications service provider to send and receive work-related text messages. Twilio processes message traffic on Keith's Kitchens' behalf.
Messages sent under this program are operational and transactional. They are intended to help workers perform assigned duties and keep job records accurate.

Keith's Kitchens uses work-related texting only with employees and workers who provide a mobile number for operational contact and who are informed that text messaging may be used as part of performing assigned work. By providing a mobile number for work use and participating in Keith's Kitchens operations, the worker consents to receiving job-related SMS communications from Keith's Kitchens.
Consent under this program is limited to work-related texting. It is not used for third-party marketing and is not a customer marketing subscription. Message frequency varies by job activity, schedule changes, assignment volume, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Keith's Kitchens may share information with service providers that help operate the business, such as communications, hosting, device management, security, storage, and IT support providers, but only as needed to support Keith's Kitchens operations.
Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and text messaging originator information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Keith's Kitchens keeps messaging and job-operation records for as long as they are needed for scheduling, inventory, install verification, warranty support, internal auditing, compliance, dispute handling, and business record retention. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
Keith's Kitchens uses access controls, Microsoft 365 identity, managed devices, operational logging, and role-based systems to limit access to job and personnel information. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but Keith's Kitchens works to reduce unauthorized access and inappropriate disclosure.
Workers can request phone-number updates, corrections, or support by contacting Keith's Kitchens management or IT. Where supported by the sending route, recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. If SMS is disabled for a work number, Keith's Kitchens may use other business channels such as phone call, Microsoft Teams, or email for operational communication.
